There are plenty of clumsy people like me that occasionally let a gadget or two fall to the ground and make it unusable (aka destroy it), so if you share this same bad-quality of holding gadgets with me, the Marshal is here to help you. Basically it is a protective case for a portable hard disk, it is cheap (€15) but it can soften the impact of a 1meter drop and the data inside the disk will be available for future usage.
