Linksys home NAS head unit
Both Gizmodo and Engadget have posts on the Linksys Network Storage Link
Basically, you plug it into your network, and plug USB storage devices into it. You can the set up those storage devices as network shares, along with setting up security, web access, all that sorta stuff.
Or, to put it another way, it's an extensible home NAS. Very impressive, nice use of the tech.
