It seems like the new rage these days is for flash drive manufacturers to put software on their flash drives - I guess the idea is that anyone can make a flash drive, but not everyone can add cool functionality to their flash drives. I mentioned the Netac U220

getting in on the game by bundling Secure II (256-bit AES file encryption), EverNote (information organizer) and PowerToGo (allows the user to carry any one of 1,000s of Windows applications along with browser settings and personal profiles, all with no footprint on the host computer). The result is a drive that goes beyond simply storing data and actually allows you to manipulate your data quickly, easily and with minimal security risk, which is pretty cool. Taken to its logical extreme, it might bring back the days of terminals, while everyone carries around the applications and data they need in their pockets.
