Lego Mindstorms NXT
I'm not certain whether to classify the lego Mindstorms NXT as a toy, because the this toy is hardly anything that I would let very little kids play with it.

Still, maybe it could make them into geniuses. There are some serious Technic pieces here that allows you to build anything, but there are some special pictures that use sensors that operate with Bluetooth.

I suppose you can make that cool robot in this picture. Got to love that. Makes you wish they had these back when you were a kid, eh? Well, if you want it now, you can get it for about $250.
