Legal threats to free Wifi
Filed in archive Mobile by Andrew Garrett on April 18, 2004
PC magazine gives us The Looming Legal Threat to Wi-Fi by John Dvorak.

Loosely gadget related, this article is more about who has the rights to use wi-fi signals that are broadcast unencrypted and unrestricted. A worthwhile read if you're the sort to make use of an open hotspot.
