Knight Rider Makes a Comeback
As much as we at gadgets-weblog love to bring up remakes of Voltron and Robotech, it appears another 80's kids show has decided to be redone. Someone apparently believes that we need a remake of Knight Rider just like we need a remake of bionic womanlinks.

NBC wants Doug Liman, the cool director who brought us Mr. and Mrs. Smith and The Bourne Identity, wants to bring Michael Knight and KITT back into the action on a new series. No word on who is going to play David Hasselhoff's most famous role, but it's probably going to have to be someone younger. Perhaps David can play Edward Mulhare's role of Devon.

You need to get William Daniels as KITT. That, or find out a way to bring him back digitally, like they brought Brando back for the last Superman movie.
