KitchenAid Ultra Power Series Stand Mixer
One of the things my wife makes during our traditional Thanksgiving meal is Carraway Puffs. They are a kind of biscuit-the fluffy, bready kind, not the thin, cookie kind. And they are oh, so good. But the dough is thick and sticky.
In order to make these things, my wife has to employ this behemoth: the kitchen aid Ultra Power Series Stand Mixer. It's big, it's white, and it mixes. Oh, and it's a powerful mixer, employing up to 300 watts of power for the largest mixing jobs.
Cooking isn't my thing, so I can't say too much more about it. But my wife swears by this mixer, so who am I to argue?
