Keyspan TuneView
Never underestimate the power of iTunes. I didn't think we were at that level, but Keyspan has developed the Tuneview, which allows you to control your iTunes music, videos, and everything else from one easy remote that wirelessly connects to your PC.

Of course, you do need a few accessories, such as the Apple AirPort Express or Xitel's Hi-Fi Link or some product to connect audio output to PC music server. However, once you have that, the TuneView transceiver just plugs into your USB port easy as pie.

The TuneView has an LCD color display and is now available for about $149 USD.
