Tech Digest: JVC unveils the 'iPod of camcorders':
20-30 gig hard drives built in should be enough for most purposes, right? These new camcorders from JVC use the same 1.8" hard drives found in iPods (hence the title), and they reckon you should be able to fit up to 7 hours of recording on the internal disk. I wonder what the battery life is like?

A dream come true that the day has finally arrived when the ease of capturing moments on video, editing and sharing thru the web be made easy by this invention. Now that they have an upgrade on storage, they still have to work on its clarity in recording. video 8, hi8 etc. is still far more superior in image quality. It really depends if you opt for keeping those moments in life in a good or superior image video clips.
oh well, i have one and its perfect!… for now!!
