Johnny Five On The Auction Block
Us geek boys who grew up in the 1980s likely watched Short Circuit and/or the sequel. The original Short Circuit had ally sheedy in it-pretty enough to make any boy swoon. The true geeks were more into Johnny Five, the robot start of the movie (pictured).

Surely, two decades later, robots have gotten more sophisticated. If you look at how Johnny Five operates compared to today's "state of the art," it seems so old-school. But we are talking about history, here, at least that's what the people who are auctioning this thing on eBay would like you to believe.

If I had $100,000 floating around-the minimum bid for Johnny Five-I would spend my money on something else. That's not to say that Johnny Five isn't cool, I just prefer to stay married. But maybe you don't have a spouse-or have one that would appreciate a Johnny Five-and have that kind of money to spend. Either way, let me know what you think in the comments.
