Johnny Five On The Auction Block
Filed in archive Just Plain Weird by Dameon Welch-Abemathy on July 26, 2007

Surely, two decades later, robots have gotten more sophisticated. If you look at how Johnny Five operates compared to today's "state of the art," it seems so old-school. But we are talking about history, here, at least that's what the people who are auctioning this thing on eBay would like you to believe.
If I had $100,000 floating around-the minimum bid for Johnny Five-I would spend my money on something else. That's not to say that Johnny Five isn't cool, I just prefer to stay married. But maybe you don't have a spouse-or have one that would appreciate a Johnny Five-and have that kind of money to spend. Either way, let me know what you think in the comments.
