It's the Punkin' Instagator
Say you're alone, stuck in middle of the woods, late at night, miles away from home or any other civilization. You need to start a fire so you can get warm and maybe heat up those freeze dried meals you bought from NASA for situations like this. Now, what do you use to start the fire? Matches? Lighter? Your HP Photosmart R707?

Yes, that's right, your camera. It's not some sort of cool extra function, unfortunately - it turns out there's a problem with the non-rechargable batteries sold with the camera that causes them to heat up (and in one case, catch on fire) when plugged into an AC adapter or into the camera's docking station. If you're one of the 679,000 people who have purchased a Photosmart R707 since it came out in April, 2004, you can find out how to upgrade your camera's firmware and eliminate the issue here.
