iPod 101- Help is on the way

Apple recently launched a new support service to help all the iPod users, they call it a guide to rockin' out, gettin' down, and boogieing with your iPod, iPod nano, iPod mini, or iPod shuffle.

My questions:

Are you really using all the features the iPod offers?

Having trouble with some iPod or Mac related errors?

Need more music?

Still with old iPod and iTunes software and don't know how to update?
