Gizmodo links to the Trusted Reviews preview of the pre-production IBM ThinkPad T42p.
15" screen capable of 1600 x 1200, 128 meg of video ram, 1.8GHz Pentium M CPU (with 2mb of onboard cache), and 802.11g on board.
It's more of a mobile workstation than a true portable, but that's the case of many modern laptops.
If I didn't already have intentions upon a 17" powerbook, I'd be seriously tempted.
