i-Bean Video System mounts on your glasses
Filed in archive Mobile by Mark Rollins on April 30, 2008

I've seen several video viewing goggles on the market, but none of them have really "boomed". The latest to enter the competition is the i-Bean Head Mounted video system
, a product from Japan that is not video viewing goggles, but suction-cups onto regular glasses. The company says that the i-Bean produces an image that is equivalent to viewing a 21 inch television from 1 meter away. There is a built-in TV tuner, and it operates off of AC power or 3 AA batteries.
I believe this product costs about $385.00, but I only see it available at a certain site translated from the Japanese.
