Hello Kitty, Goodbye Real Conversation
I usually don't report on toys, because I happen to believe that everything gadget-related is a toy in some form. I also usually don't report on anything Hello Kitty related, since I'm not a little girl.

However, I had to admit this one caught my attention, for you can literally carry on a conversation. Not only that, but you can chat as a close friend, with the family, or in a guessing game. A CMOS sensorlinks insures face recognition and it also comes with LED lights. And, don't ask me why, but it comes with TV-out and mouse capability.

It is very pricey at $6,299. Still, it could kick Teddy Ruxpin's butt.
