GN Netcom Introduces Transitional Headset
Anyone who's used VoIP (or experienced its low prices) knows how cool it is - and how much money it can save consumers and businesses. However, switching over to a completely VoIP system takes time and money and many businesses are still in the Transition phase, moving from traditional landlines to running all of their calls through PCs. Presumably with this fact in mind, GN Netcom has a new wireless headset, the GN 9350, that combines a few neat tricks into a headset that will work with a company's existing landline network now and be just as useful when they upgrade to a VoIP system. Along with the cool compatibility thing, the headset is wireless with a 300 foot range, is the first wireless headset with DSP, has a noise-cancelling microphone and a nine hour rechargable battery life.
