Nostalgia is big business these days, so I can understand the appeal of the Generation:NEX, an 8-bit console made by Messiah Entertainment, Inc. that plays virtually all original nintendo entertainment system and Famicom games. Featuring updated electronics and a slim design clearly modeled after the original NES, the Generation:NEX includes one standard controller that faithfully recreates the original (although hopefully in a more durable format) along with built-in 2.4 GHz receivers for wireless gaming. Overall, it sounds like a pretty good deal, especially if you've got a yen (so to speak) kicking it old school cartridge-style and don't want to screw around with PC emulators.
