who's a runner - and he's shared his geekly findings that he uses to keep himself running, fit, and entertained during boring workouts.
Someone hire this man and productise what he's doing... I'll buy it. I'm not a runner, but the gym can get pretty damned boring at times, if I could catch up on my blog reading and email while I was on the crosstrainer, I'd feel a lot more productive.
