gives it the ability to track speed, distance, and pace information.
at only $117.94 on Amazon, if you're serious about your training, this is a good way of keeping track.
Me, my training's all in the gym... I already get told how far I've gone (not far enough) and how much further I have to go (too far) and what my pace is (too slow).
