The Flipstart Mini-PC is a new form-factor of PC, which is very close to the size of a generic PDA. It'll run Windows XP, and boasts a quite impressive set of specs...
Is this all too good to be true? Only time will tell - these aren't available yet, and I haven't spotted any reviews from people who've seen one in the flesh, so vaporware is always a possibility.
Let's hope these come out - I think I want one...
- a Transmeta Crusoe 1GHz Processor
- 256MB of Memory
- 30 GB of Internal storage
- 3d graphics card (with 8MB of RAM)
- 5.6" LCD display (capable of 1024x600)
- Integrated 802.11b
- USB 2.0
- Microphone and speaker, along with a stereo headphone jack
- 1.3 megapixel camera
- Port replicator and dock options.
