Flashbag USB Memory Stick
Filed in archive Storage Stuff by Shane McGlaun on April 23, 2006

Plusminus Design has a rather odd design concept on their site called the Flashbag. The idea behind the concept is that you have a standard USB flash drive that features a micro pump and the bag around the USB drive inflates as data is stored on the flash drive. Presumably the idea is to allow users to see at a glance how much data is stored on the device.
Oddly no mention of what you are to do when your USB drive is too inflated to fit into your pocket after it is full. A sudden bulge
in your pants from storing too much data could yield sexual harassment charges these days. In addition to the Sponge Bob and fish Flashbag in the image, the studio also has a plain orange drive as well as two styles that look like ladies handbags. Since the Flashbag is a design concept, the designer is looking for manufacturers to participate in the project. Good luck with that Plusminus, this one is more a minus in my book.
