Engadget told me about The Neuros II.

Someone was thinking right - it's a combination flash and HD based mp3 player. You can detach the flash part of it, to use it in higher impact situations (like jogging, or something), and attach the hard drive when you're done, to get your full music collection.
20 gig in the hard drive, 128 meg in the flash memory.
