Boston t-mobile sucks but the customer service is the worst. Ugh! Even though they only want me to pay $7 for the 4 days i tested the google g1 and t-mobile service, I will not pay. I will risk my good credit and chance at getting a google phone, but I will never get t-mobile service.
The phone above seems like a lot of money but what you pay in dollars you will thank yourself every time you do not have to bitch at t-mobile and utter curses under your breath.
I vowed t-mobile that I would tell as many people as I could about their lousy customer service, making me wait while they figured out where the store was I bought it from. I had to look it up on the internet for them in the end.
So this is my service to fellow cellphone users. If you want your sanity, DO NOT get t-mobile even if you are enticed by the g1. I love google and have google stock and have waited for the google g1 but I never expected a phone company could be so bad in this day and age. I have had verizon and cingular (att) and been pretty happy. There was one time att had their call center under water and I couldn't get them on the phone for days but other than that I have to say, I have learned my lesson. T-mobile will die.
