The HDMC UZ16ZM is a 16gb flash drive designed to last. It can survive a meter underwater, and is specially protected against drops. It has a rubber USB cord for downloading which is also pretty durable.
Unfortunately, this device is only available in Japan, at a price of $241 USD.
