eStarling LCD Frame

The previous digital frame we mentioned was a multi-feature-thing that could also display time, calendar and had an alarm clock; while the eStarling can only display photoslinks and not any of the other stuff, it still has some valuable functions and works with some internet websites.

Thanks to the built-in Wi-Fi system it is able to upload photos by using 2 different methods: e-mail or Flickr RSS feed. It only supports 2 picture formats (JPEG and BMP) and has slots for MMC or SD cards. The LCD display measures 7 inches and the internal memory can hold 30 photos, so for example if you are using a RSS feed from Flickr and it reaches the 30 photos limit, the frame will continue to display new ones and delete the oldest.

The eStarling Wi-Fi Flickr Enabled LCD Frame costs $250 at ThinkGeek.
