Ergomedia 500 Gaming Pad
For those who like MMORPG gaming, but are upset with working with your normal keyboard, the ErgoMedia 500 may be what you have been missing.

The ErgoMedia 500 gaming pad has 11 macros, a scroll wheel, d-pad, and cool light-up buttons. I'm not sure if you have to disconnect your keyboard to attach this, or if it connects via USB. Let us hope it is the latter, and that this ErgoMedia gaming pad makes you the master of the virtual universe.

This ErgoMedia 500 looks rather ergonomically correct as well. You can purchase it for about $43 USD.
