In simple words: Microsoft and epic have agreed to make available for download some audio/video content of random good "pop" artists, for free. The offer is for Xbox 360 users only.
Each month there will be new content from a different "source", and the "musician" to mark the first edition of "Artist of the Month" program, is Natasha Bedingfield.
