For those people who think a JetSki is a bit too scary, the Electric Inflatable Watercraft is the next best thing. IconTech Limited is distributing these things to distributors in lots of 150 and 330. The expected retail price is $499 USD.
It weighs 30kg (about 66lbs) and can be assembled without tools in about 10 minutes. It runs on an electric motor powered by a battery that can be charged with conventional AC power. You get anywhere from 45 to 75 minutes of fun with a top speed of 10km/h (about 6 mph).
Certainly seems a lot easier to deal with than the real thing, and probably a heck of a lot safer and cheaper, too. What do you think?
