DXG-569V is a sleek wonder

I have reported on DXG cameras before, and I found the DXG-569V was another good deal from the DXG company.

The DXG-569V is able to take video at up to 1280 x 720 at 30fps, and is able to take still images as well. It has a 5MP CMOS sensor, and can take up to 8M on a high-capacity SD card. It also has a handy flip-out screen perfect for solitary shots.

All in all, this is terrific camcorder for about $99. This includes some software with ArcSoft TotalMedia Extreme to create, edit, and watch videos.

I REALLY HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME?
I’ve been so distraught about my DXG-569 digital video camera. I have a MacBook Pro, and used to be able to convert files from the camera to my computer using MPEG Streamclip. Then i could make my own DVD’s and it was awesome, i loved it. All of a sudden, a few months ago, it stopped working. I can’t convert them anymore. I’ve tried to contact MAC, and the DXG website, because I googled the problem and sure enough, other people have experienced the same thing. but i was never able to find out why, or how to convert again. Can you help me?
