Mobile Phones

Dear Nokia.
I'd love to be a loyal Nokia customer, really I would. However, if you continue to bring out phones that have the features I want with your latest idea of the "cool looking" keypad instead of one which just works, I'll continue to buy the latest and greatest from your competition.
Just like I did with my Sony Ericsson T610.
Regards,
Andrew
Anyone know what's with that? The phones from Nokia that have the featureset I like tend towards the heinously ugly, and have increasingly bad user interfaces. It's a phone - it doesn't have to look ugly, but they don't have to make it so it will look out of date in 6 months either.
