Cybertron Watch with voice recorder

I have this normal good looking Swatch and I love it, but than I look at the Cybertron watch and start thinking: would I really want a watch with a player voice recorder links ? Maybe for special occasions, but not for everyday use. I must admit it has some pretty good helpful features like:

256MB of memory which can be loaded/unloaded on a PC or Mac using a USB cord

this same memory can be filled with 9 hours of conversations if you decide to record an important meeting or university/college class

recharges via USB

being able to listen the audio files for 5 hours by using special ear plugs

The Cybertron Watch is available at Gadget Universe for $167
