Plug this thing into the USB port on your computer and fill it with water and it supposedly filters pollutants and such from the air. No AC adapter is required thanks to the USB powered design. Water filtration air purifiers are actually available form several manufacturers, so for the thing to work is not entirely out of the realm of possibility.
