Canon EOS 350D / Digital Rebel XT Review

 Photolog Canon-Rebel-Xt-1-1

As I mention at every possible opportunity, I'm a Nikonlinks fan, and my Nikonlinks D70 is one of my favourite pieces of kit (I think the powerbook wins on that score, for now, at least). However, I remain friends with a couple of folk despite their unseemly preference for Canonlinks cameras - both of them have 300Ds, and, to hear them tell it, are very fond of them.

I don't imagine they'll be buying this one; there don't seem to be enough compelling reasons to upgrade (and, despite their strange preference for Canonlinks gear, they're pretty switched on folk). However, if you're looking for a good camera, but for some reason, don't want a Nikon D70links (or, the soon-to-arrive Nikonlinks D50), then even I'm prepared to admit that this looks like a pretty fine camera.

And hey, at least it's not silver, right?
