on yourself, and it can take data for three days. Then you attach it to a USB cord and voila! It's downloaded into your computer or laptop. The type of data includes calories burned, details on daily activities, an exercise log, a calendar feature, and even an event alarm. All of it is included with the software package.
That all sounds good, but why a target shape? Is this a way to get friendly with a certain retail chain? I guess the trick is to be jogging so fast that snipers can't get a bead on you.
