The USB Notebook Cooling Pad + 3-Port Hub + 2.5" HDD features a large laptop cooling system with two fans, USB as well as external power, 2.5 inch SATA hard drive docking enclosure (up to 250GB), 3 port USB 2.0 hub. That is a lot of bang for the $33 bucks this device costs. If you have all of this attached to a laptop, there is a good chance your laptop is pretty stationary or light.
