BlackBerry Releases Media Sync for Mac Users

My wife uses a BlackBerry, and she uses a Mac. In other words, Research In Motion hasn't cared about her at all. She has been subjugated to using software like "The Missing Sync for Blackberry" – the name alone says it all. Well, RIM is finally showing Mac owning BlackBerry users a little love with the release of BlackBerry Media Sync for Mac.
Using BlackBerry Media Sync for Mac, MacBerry users can sync their iTunes libraries, including album art, videos and photos to their BlackBerry devices. Now, some would argue that it would be more useful for Mac owners to actually be able to sync their contacts and calendars, but hey – iTunes syncing is better then nothing.
I have tried it and it works pretty darn well. The experience is smooth and the software looks very "Macish." While the official version is not out yet, Mac users can download a preview build of the software right now from RIM's website.
