AVerVision150 Portable Document Camera

I guess the AVerVision150 from AVerMedia is the modern equivalent of those transparency projectors teachers used back when I was in high school, although it sounds a lot more expensive for the features you get. Basically, it's a 3 megapixel "portable document camera" that can store still images or video (at a 24 FPS frame rate) on the camera's small memory card or on an attached Mac or PC. Images/video can also be outputted to a monitor or TV via the included VGA output. Could be pretty useful if you need to present something small (like a dissection in a classroom or a small object in a business presentation) to a large group, but at $600 a pop, I'm not sure if these quite live up to AVerMedia's claim of "powerful and inspirational presentations without sacrificing the budget."
