Artrage is an advanced painting
package for windows PCs. The interesting part about it is that it's expressly designed for use with TabletPCs, allowing a more traditional interface than a mouse. This sort of thing is interesting, as it extends the use of the hardware platform in a more natural way. I wonder if the application allows for Sumi-E. I might have to give it a go next time I have Windows running.
