Armpit Adertising Captures the Imagination
Filed in archive Just Plain Weird by Chris Matier on July 28, 2008

Right Guard has unleashed their army of "pitvertisers" on unsuspecting Londoners. The "pitvertisers" roam the streets with tiny LCD screens imbedded in their arm pits. When they raise their hands to call a taxi, hold on to a subway loop, or say "hi", you get to watch a deodorant commercial in an arm pit. This is the ultimate in contextual advertisements.
I am a bit afraid of what is next. I mean, think about all of the products out there and their most natural and appropriate uses. Are these the type of places we want LCD screens hanging out? If this is the advertising gadget of the future, I am never watching a condom or toilet paper
ad again.Source.
