Aquos Fulltouch is my what iPhone 2.0 Could Have Been

Does an ultra-high resolution phone with a large 3.8 touch screen and a 5.2 megapixel sound apealling to you? I know I am interested, especially as I look down at my iPhone 3G. Don't get me wrong, I like my phone, but everything I like about it (except for he OS) is just better on the Aquos Fulltouch.

Soon to be released on the Japanese service provider Softbank, this very sleek Aquos phone has much to offer. In addition to a staggering display and great resolution, you also get GPS, HSDPA radio, an accelerometer, magnetic compass and slide-out keypad. All of that phone goodness is hidden behind that big gorgeous screen. The storage will come from MicroSD and media and internet support won't be provided by OS X, but those are the only real drawbacks.

There is no word on price, nor will it probably ever be released outside of Japan, but if anything like this ever comes stateside, we might have a true iPhone killer our hands.
