Apple's Rumored iTablet Has Analysts Talking

There’s little debate that Apple has a winner on its hands with the iPhone & iPod lines, but the firm hopes to continue its trend setting success in the realm of tablet PCs.

Wall Street analysts speculate that Apple’s got a new tablet-like gadget/computer that will be hitting the market sometime early next year. We’re not experts on Apple’s marketing methods but the safe money’s on it being called something to the effect of the ā€œiTabletā€.

Much of the spec sheet and software options are yet merely speculation but there have been suggestions that the unit will likely wear a rather steep $1000 price tag.

Apple’s going to have it’s hands full at that price point in the Tablet industry, which has, until now, been pretty much dominated by Microsoft Windows. Apple’s main sales strategy will likely be integration features that will work seamlessly with their existing mobile devices.
