Apple Sues Sex Shop
According to Product Reviews Net, Apple just announced threatened a lawsuit against British sex shop Ann Summers, in response to their iGasm vibrator, a gadget that hooks up to any music playing device with a headphone jack (including an iPod) and vibrates to the beat. Well, Apple's not upset about the product, exactly...it's more the Ann Summers advertisements (pictured) that launched a bee into the legal department's bonnet. To be honest, can you blame them? You'd have to be living under a rock not to make the connection between the iGasm ads and the famous dancing silhouettes that have populated iPod ads for the past three or four years. I smell settlement...and publicity stuntlinks.
