Apple Mighty Mouse

Gizmodo's right - it's not a video iPod.

I think it's even more important than that. It's Apple finally realising that anyone who actually makes serious use of their machines has been replacing the mouse for years - just to get more buttonslinks.

Of course, it will still be too small for me to use, but it's a step in the right direction.

Hopefully the next step will be making keyboards and mice that challenge the norms in that they're actually comfortable to use, adjustable, ergonomic. Designed for humans to use, not just to look at. Don't get me wrong, I like that Apple's gear looks good - but I also like my wrists not to ache after a few hours at the keyboard.
