Adventures in Plant Growing
I find this USB/FireWire hub intriguing because it has to be the oddest design for a hub I've ever seen - but it looks like it really works. Four USB 2.0 ports, two FireWire 400 ports - so it's good for both Mac and PCs - all coming out of six flex cables, along with two additional ones for a thoroughly useless, but thoroughly amusing USB light and USB fan. Throw in some color LEDs and you have yourself the LaCie Huby, the coolest hub I've seen all year and shippinglinks just in time for the holidays. Retailing at $79.99, this hub isn't cheap, but if you need the capacity and you have the dough, it looks like a great buy.
