Perhaps I've managed to be under a metaphorical rock about this... but I found this news really, really suprising. Dell are set to be knocked off the number 2 spot of pc sales in the USA by none other than Acer, a non US company, making this esspeically significant.
One guesses it's due to the recent phenominal sales of things like the Aspire One range and the like which Dell just cannot compete with!
