Accenda Brings Missing Voice Control to iPod

iPods are arguably the most popular portable media player in the world. My family alone owns five of the things if you count the iPhone and kid's shuffles. The sheer number of iPods in the wild means there is plenty of support and innovation in accessories and software development. The latest product by Accenda, The Accenda Voice Controller is no exception. With the Accenda Voice Controller, you can fully control an ipod with the power of your voice.

Stock, the Voice Controller understands and responds to English speakers, but it is trainable for other languages. Specifically, the Voice Control allows you to play, pause, skip tracks or move back by only using a built-in microphone. The controller can then be worn around the neck or clipped to a shirt. After that, you only have to speak and your iPod obeys.

The Accenda Voice Controller is available now for $79.95. As a sport tool, or as a tool for cold weather climates, I say the voice controller is a winner. If you usually just sit around with your iPod in your lap, there is probably a better use for your eighty bucks.
