Engadget points to the IGN.com review of the Cowon iAUDIO M3[
The iAudio M3 is smaller and lighter than the iPod, with the LCD in the remote, meaning you can leave the main unit in your back or pocket. It also includes an FM radio, and a voice recorder - both features that the iPod lacks.

A nice looking wee device, the only downside I can see (for me) is that it's not natively compatible with the mac - you've got to install some drivers. Not quite as nice as the iPod in that regard, but a small flaw at best.
