A new phone design that doesn’t look to suck!
Hello Nokia, are you watching? The new Curitel P1 cleverly combines the form factor of a camera with the functionality of a phone. The big negative to this, is that it's only available in Korea at the moment – but I'm sure that this form factor will prove popular.
More than one person I know is looking at replacing their existing "take everywhere" camera with a decent camera-phone – devices like this fit square in the centre of that target market. 2MP isn't amazing, but it's a good start. Now, how's the quality?

Manufacturers will have to do one thing to make me buy a camera phone: manufacture easier-to-use controls.
I really wanted to buy one, but the only models that ATT Wireless offered at the time were so complex they would have been a major hassle just trying to make a call. And since I would use the phone portion 85% of the time and the camera portion only 15%, I decided to go with something that was less complicated for simple phone calls, collecting voice mail and other phone-related tasks.
Once I can find an easy-to-use camera phone, I’m buying it.
